The Thrive Performance Lab is a structured, 3-hour training designed to help athletes understand and manage the mental and emotional side of performance.
Led by a licensed mental health clinician and coach, this training goes beyond traditional performance programs by teaching athletes how to work with pressure—not against it.

Liz is a licensed mental health clinician, former coach, co-founder of Thrive Wellness, and leader for the Thrive Performance Lab. She has been in the counseling field since 2008, working with individuals, families, and athletes.
Liz has coached athletes at the youth, middle school, high school, and collegiate levels, and has seen firsthand how much pressure athletes face—and how little support they often have in managing performance pressures and mental wellness.
Her approach combines clinical experience with real-world coaching to help athletes build confidence, manage pressure, and develop tools that support both performance and overall mental well-being.
