Kendall takes a supportive, person-centered approach, helping individuals feel safe exploring their experiences and taking meaningful steps toward growth and healing.

Jasmine is a National Certified Counselor working toward licensure as an LPC and LAC. She takes a person-centered, evidence-based approach, integrating CBT, ACT, Choice Theory, and IFS to support meaningful, lasting growth. Jasmine has experience working with kids, teens, couples, and adults navigating trauma, chronic illness, and substance use, and is passionate about helping individuals build practical tools and reconnect with their resilience.
