Hi, I’m Liz. I’ve been in the counseling field since 2008, and my passion is helping people create sustainable change by focusing on the whole person. I specialize in mental health and addiction counseling, with a strong background in working with co-occurring disorders and severe mental illness. I also enjoy working with couples, families, and athletes.

My approach is holistic and collaborative—I believe that mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being are all connected. Together, we’ll look at your full life picture and build tools to support your long-term growth and healing. Hi, I’m Vanessa. I’m a licensed independent social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Dakota. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate some of life’s most difficult moments.

I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, perinatal mental health, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also provide couples and family counseling. My clinical background includes experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

My approach is integrative and individualized. I believe in meeting clients where they are—with compassion, curiosity, and respect—and helping them build the insight and tools they need to move forward with confidence.

Hi, I’m Jasmine. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting growth. I take a person-centered approach, integrating evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, ACT, Reality Therapy/Choice Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This allows me to tailor support to your unique goals while honoring your strengths and values.

I’m a National Certified Counselor currently under supervision as I work toward full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC). My clinical experience includes working with teens, adults, and older adults facing trauma, chronic illness, or substance use concerns.

My goal is to provide a space where you can reconnect with your inner resilience, build practical tools for well-being, and move toward a life that feels whole, aligned, and fulfilling.

Hi, I’m Kendall. I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Prevention and am currently pursuing my second master’s in Clinical Counseling to become a licensed therapist. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications in ASSIST, QPR, and Psychological First Aid, and I’ve worked extensively with children and teens in inpatient settings. I also served as South Dakota’s first 988 crisis counselor.

I believe our stories—the beautiful and the messy—shape who we are. Having a safe, supportive space to explore those stories can lead to real transformation. I’m here to walk alongside you, meet you where you are, and support you in taking those first courageous steps toward healing and growth.
