Hi, I’m Kennen. I’m passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in empathy and curiosity.
I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief, parenting, spiritual concerns, and life transitions. I also support individuals through peripartum experiences and relationship struggles, including communication and boundary-setting. I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT and EMDR, along with training in Nonviolent Communication and couples counseling.
I hold master’s degrees in Social Work and Divinity and am currently working toward clinical licensure. Whether you’re looking for healing, clarity, or growth, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater health and wholeness.
Hi, I’m Jasmine. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting growth. I take a person-centered approach, integrating evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, ACT, Reality Therapy/Choice Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This allows me to tailor support to your unique goals while honoring your strengths and values.
I’m a National Certified Counselor currently under supervision as I work toward full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC). My clinical experience includes working with teens, adults, and older adults facing trauma, chronic illness, or substance use concerns.
My goal is to provide a space where you can reconnect with your inner resilience, build practical tools for well-being, and move toward a life that feels whole, aligned, and fulfilling.
Hi, I’m Kendall. I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Prevention and am currently pursuing my second master’s in Clinical Counseling to become a licensed therapist. Along the way, I’ve earned certifications in ASSIST, QPR, and Psychological First Aid, and I’ve worked extensively with children and teens in inpatient settings. I also served as South Dakota’s first 988 crisis counselor.
I believe our stories—the beautiful and the messy—shape who we are. Having a safe, supportive space to explore those stories can lead to real transformation. I’m here to walk alongside you, meet you where you are, and support you in taking those first courageous steps toward healing and growth.
